On March 15, 2024, Tirukkur R. “T. R.” Ramachandran, our Chief Operating Officer, notified us of his resignation from employment at AEye, Inc. (the “Company”), effective April 5, 2024, to accept a position at an employer in an unrelated industry. Mr. Ramachandran’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company concerning any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
